The role is extremely varied, focusing around assisting customers who are unwell or injured while they are overseas. The main function of your role is to triage calls regarding medical conditions to do with customers who are travelling and have been insured by this company, including typing notes. You will be working in a friendly team of 8 staff, with other nurses and customer service staff, with the help of a medical director and on-call doctors. THE SHIFTS The day shift is 8am to 8pm, 7 days every fortnight with 7 days off. The night shift is 8pm to 8am 7 nights per fortnight (paying penalty rates obviously), with 7 days off).
