Supervise trades, apprentices & trades assistants as required Ensure parts required for manufacture, maintenance & repair purposes are ordered and received on time Report daily on WIP and other relevant information to management regarding job progress Ensure the work carried out in the workshop is in compliance with the job specifications. Ensure all time cards, time recording is logged correctly. Ensure all tools, plant and equipment are suitable for use and maintained in a good operational and safe condition Manage and mentor Staff within the operation Profit and loss with yearly budget targets. You must be highly motivated and have a passion for management. This position will see you move into senior management. Previous experience with construction or forestry equipment is must.
