Well developed financial analysis skills with an understanding of accrual accounting will be viewed favourably, as will prior experience negotiating infrastructure agreements. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Property Economics or other relevant fields are essential. Due to the complex nature of the project, experience in built-form development is highly desirable. Other important criteria include; sound written and oral communication skills, a high level of drive and energy and a desire to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project vision and strategy are achieved.
